Myra "Jean" Fuqua-Rinehart passed away at Baptist Hospital on July 14, 2015. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 16, 2015 from 2 pm to 3 pm at Lakewood South Funeral Home in Jackson with a graveside service to follow at 3 pm at Lakewood South Memorial Park.
Myra was born on October 25, 1935 in Slocomb, AL to the late, Fred Kirkland and Sally Harris. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Kenneth Fuqua and Vernon Rinehart; brothers, Fred Kirkland, Gerald Kirkland and Junior Kirkland. She is survived by sons, Eugene Fuqua, Rodney Fuqua (Cindy) and James Fuqua; daughter, Regina Fuqua Powell (Thomas Bo); brother, Lafayette Kirkland (Brenda); sisters, Janette Alphin (Fred) and Clovette Adams (Ben); eight grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
