Mr. Paul Lamar Franklin Sr.

Funeral services will be held Saturday May 22, 2010 at 1:00 PM at the Episcopal Church of the Creator in Clinton. Visitation will between the hours of 5 and 7 PM Friday at the church and after 12 Noon Saturday. Interment will follow the service in Parkway Memorial Cemetery in Ridgeland.

A native of Kemper County, Mr. Franklin was the retired Assistant Superintendent of the Meridian School District. He later had the Paul L. Franklin Insurance Agency. He was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Creator.

Survivors include his wife Wanda G. Franklin; son Paul L. Franklin, Jr. and his wife Sandra, Kay Oilschlager and her husband Kenneth of Oxford, MS and Karen Breland of West Point, MS. Two Step-Sons Stephen and Gary Cook: 11

Grandchildren and 11 and 4 Step-Grandchildren; sister Dryfa Dinsmore of Macon, MS and brother William H. Franklin of Jackson, MS.
