Mr. Robert Bryant Sykes, 69, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2015, at CMMC in Jackson. Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 PM on Saturday, May 23 at Lakewood Funeral Home with a funeral service beginning at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park.
Mr. Sykes was born in Jackson, MS on December 20, 1945 to William Bryant and Johnnye McLendon Sykes. He is preceded in death by his parents, and his son, Robbie Sykes.
Mr. Sykes is survived by his daughter, Dodie Keyes; grandchild, Connor Keyes; sisters, Jo Ann Hobson, and Vicki Freeman (Ray); and nephews, Scott Slay and Bill Hobson.
