Barbara A Haskins

Graveside services for Barbara will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at 10 AM at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Beech Bluff with Dr. John Enoch officiating.

Barbara was born on September 15, 1941 in Jackson Tennessee, the daughter of the late Curtis Wheeler and Louise Patterson Wheeler. She was a cashier at Liberty Supermarket for 25 years and Camp's supermarket for 11 years. She retired in 2012.

Barbara is survived by her children, Larry Long of Lawrenceburg TN; Linda and Charlie Steinhice of Chattanooga TN; Jeff and Iris Long of Jackson TN; Fred and Renée Long of Jackson Tennessee; grandchildren, Jacqueline Long, Paul Long, Jeremy Long and wife Alisha, Ryan Long and Zach Long; and four great grandchildren, a brother; Roy Wheeler and wife Doris. A special thanks to them for their loving care during her illness.

Mrs. Haskins was preceded in death by her husband George R. "Jackie" Haskins and one granddaughter Madison Long, and a brother Charles E. Wheeler.

Mrs. Barbara's grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

A visitation will be held in the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons on Monday April 4, 2016 from 5:30 pm until 8:00 pm

Memorials in Barbara's memory may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of her granddaughter Madison Long.
