Belinda Lee Hopper West

Belinda was born on October 28, 1970 in Jackson, the daughter of Vernon Hopper and the late Ann Rachel Fullington Hopper.

She is survived by her husband of more than thirty-two years, Patrick West; her son, Logan West of Chattanooga, TN, and a daughter Meranda West of Jackson; her two grandchildren, Dallas West and Karson Owens; her father, Vernon Hopper of Middleton, TN; her brother, Dell Hopper and his wife of Middleton, TN; her sister, Cindy Winberry of Jackson; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Friday, August 4, 2023 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm with burial following in Beech Bluff Cemetery.

Pallbearers to serve will be Cody Hathorn, Casey Winberry, Hunter Owens, John Carter, Anthony Hopper, and Rodney Carter.
