Billie Ann Collins

She retired from the Madison County Property Assessor's Office after 30 years of service. She was an active member of Meridian Baptist Church. She was an avid golfer and a member of the Woodland Hills Golf Club. She loved being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, F.A. and Mary Cearley.

She is survived by her husband, Jack Collins; her children, Lora (Jon), Ashley (Leslie), and Scotty (Wendy); her brothers, Johnny (Molly) and Steve (Linda); her grandchildren, Kristi (Josh), Haley, Caleb, Jax, Courtney, Anna and Abby; her great grandchildren, Logan and Jaxon; and nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Monday, August 7, 2017 from 5-8 p.m. at George A. Smith and Sons South Chapel. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at Meridian Baptist Church at 1 p.m. with funeral services at 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Maple Springs Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Meridian Baptist Church.
