He was born to the late Donald Manners and his wife, Yvonne on February 5, 1960 in Nashville, TN. He was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Manners. He grew up in Greenbrier, TN, and served in the United States Air Force at Vandenberg, CA. He moved to Jackson when he married Sheila S. Manners on October 15, 1999. He worked as a welder/fabricator at Williams Steel, and also as a Shop Foreman for Delta Electrical.
He is survived by his wife, Sheila S. Manners of Huron, TN, his son, Keenan Manners of Ridgetop, TN, his mother, Yvonne Manners of Greenbrier, TN, and his brother, Rickie Manners of Mt. Juliet, TN. Two stepchildren, Hope Meeks (Brice) and Joe Walls (Brandi), 8 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
