A Graveside service will be conducted on Tuesday February 5, 2019 at 2:30 pm at Ebenezer Cemetery in Medon.
The family will receive friends at the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons on Tuesday February 5, 2018 preceding the graveside service from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm.
Virginia was born on July 19, 1942 in Gibson County to the late Dolfus, and Helen Quinn Williams. She graduated Valedictorian from Vashti High School in Thomasville, Georgia and attended West TN Business College. After College she worked many years for Liberty Supermarkets, and later retiring from Delta Faucet. Mrs. Tyler was Baptist by faith.
She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years Johnny Tyler. Daughter; Jennifer Alford (Trent) of Jackson, and grandchildren Hayden Alford, and Meg Alford.
