Keith Norman Frase

Keith N. Frase, age 40 of Medina, TN, passed away on Monday, July 14, 2014 following a short treatment period for cancer. A celebration of Keith's life will be held at the First Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Humboldt, TN on Friday, July 18, 2014 at 1 p.m., with Rev. Herb Adams officiating. Interment will follow on Saturday morning with a private service for his immediate family. Keith was born on September 9, 1973 to Bert and Sharon Frase, the second of two children. He was the husband of Gabrielle Frase, with whom he had two children, Reagan and Greer. The Frase's are expecting their third child, Kennedy, this November. In addition to his parents, wife and children, Keith is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Dr. Priscilla Frase and Thomas Glorioso of Nashville, TN.He attended Memphis Catholic High School in Memphis, and the University of Memphis. Keith managed radioactive nuclear pharmaceutical sites for Cardinal Health, where they manufactured cancer detecting agents. He was currently involved in environmental and research developement with Wechter, Frase, and Company, LLC.In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to the charitable account established in honor of Keith for his three daughters with any Regions Bank branch in care of Gabrielle Frase.
