Mrs. Mildred Heath Hayes, age 91 of Jackson, passed away at her residence in Jackson. Mildred was born on February 1, 1924 in Jonesboro, AR to the late Walther B. and Flora Alma Borders Heath. She was a member of Poplar Heights Baptist Church.Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Hayes; and three sisters, Nellie Cloar, Alberta Ferrell and Christine Greenway.She is survived by two nephews, Freddie Greenway of Kennett, MO and his children, Michelle Sellers (Andrew) of Jackson, TN and Christi Roberts (Adam) of Kennett, MO; and Phillip Greenway (Jackie) of Kennett, MO and his children.Funeral services for Mrs. Hayes will be held on Friday, August 14, 2015 at 2 p.m., from the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons, with Interment to follow in Ridgecrest Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 14, 2015 from 12:30 - 2 p.m., at the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons.
