Albert George Roark

ROARK - Albert George Roark II, age 46, passed away Sunday May 29, 2016 in Palatka, FL. He was born December 10, 1969 to Albert G. and Grace (Blount) Roark in Pensacola, FL. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Albert leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife of 15 years Theresa Roark; daughters Jessica Gordon, Brittney Gordon (Jon), Rachel Roark (Drek); son Logan Roark; parents Albert and Grace Roark; sisters Teri Hamlyn (Rob) and Kathy Wilkerson (Scott); Brother Conrad Roark; father and mother-in-law Dwain and Mary Harper; sister-in-law’s Patti Palmer (Al) and Sandi Christansen (Mike); brother-in-law Russell Harper (Sherry); grandchildren Noah Walker, James Smithwick, Gage Mathews, Patrick Bryant Jr, Kamryn Bryant; Amiyah Roark; many nieces and nephews; and six other little ones that called him Gramps. Family will receive family and friends 10:00 -11:00 am, Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Spring Glen United Methodist Church, 6007 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32216. A funeral service will be 11:00 am at the church following the visitation.
