Annie Mae McCormick

Annie Mae McCormick, age 95, passed away at Lanier Manor in Jacksonville on September 4, 2014. She was born in East Port, FL on April 10, 1919 to Robert and Annie Lee Pennington and had been a lifelong resident of the Jacksonville area.

Ms. McCormick was retired for many years and was a member of the Dinsmore Baptist Church.

She was pre-deceased by her son Ray Melton McCormick, Lt. Col. USMC Ret. And a granddaughter, Kimberly McCormick. She was survived by her sister Evelyn Carter, one grandson, two granddaughters and six great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Monday September 8, 2014 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with a funeral service being conducted at 11:00 Am at the Hardage- Giddens Funeral Home 729 S Edgewood Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32205.

Interment will be in the Edgewood Cemetery.
