Anthony “Tony” Canova of Jacksonville/Orange Park, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2016. He was born on January 27, 1961 in Laurel, Maryland, Tony was always full of life. He taught his children and grandchildren the meaning of unconditional love. He loved the beach, horse racing, glass bottle Coca Cola’s, and cherished being a Dad.
Survived by three daughters, Andrea (Michael, Shawn, and Kendrick), Meghan (Paulie and Maggie), and Melissa (Charlie); his mother, Betty; brothers, Kevin and Gary, and sister, Becki. He was predeceased by his father, Raymond; brother, Ray; and sister, Diane.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am on Sunday, February 28, 2016, at Hardage-Giddens Oaklawn Chapel, 4801 San Jose Blvd Jacksonville, Florida 32207. In lieu of flowers, please donate in his memory to the American Heart Association, www.heart.org.
