Mrs. Betty Connor Lowery of Jacksonville FL, passed away October 22, 2017. She was born in Gastonia, North Carolina on August 16, 1936. She was predeceased by her husband, Willard G. Lowery. Betty devoted her life to her family and to God.
Betty is survived by her two sons, Timothy (Karen) Lowery and Chris (Donna) Lowery, her daughter Wilhelmena (David) Sawyer, and her sister Frances McLean. She also leaves to cherish her memory seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held at 10:00am Saturday, October 28, 2017, with the funeral service following at 11:00am at Hardage-Giddens Greenlawn Chapel, 4300 Beach Boulevard, Jacksonville FL 32207. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Park, 6921 Lone Star Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32211. Arrangements are under the care of Hardage-Giddens Greenlawn, 4300 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville FL 32207.
