Billye and I were fine friends for the year that she was here. The first time that I spent the night with her I was introduced to satin sheets. Wow-was that a treat.

Just learned of her passing. She was so much fun in High School, she dyed my hair pink for Prom. God Bless & deepest sympathy,

Her fellow classmates at Lawrence (KS) High School (Class of '65) are saddened by this loss.  We learned of her death yesterday.  Billye was on the school newspaper staff with me.  Speaking for the class, I wish all of her family the best, and God's blessings in Christ.

To Billye's family, she will be greatly missed.  Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss.  I had the pleasure of working with Billye at ABN AMRO for several years .  She was always willing to help in any way and had a very straight forward way of speaking.   She was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed. May God keep you all in his arms and help you throughout this time.

I am very saddened at the unexpected loss of my dear sister in Christ.  Billye was one of the first friends I every made when I moved to Jacksonville and we committed to always being friends. Even though we didn't get to see each other as much as we would have liked in the last few years, we spoke on the phone. Billye was a fighter, a surviver, very intelligent, and she loved her family more than anything in this world. I know this isn't goodbye forever but just till we meet again in eternity. I am so sorry for your loss and very saddened by this shocking news. Billye and I worked together at Citizens.  She was so good about including me with the guys in her group for lunch in the break room from my very first day.  I always appreciated Billye's kindness and thoughtfulness.  She will truly be missed.

Billye will be greatly missed by all who knew her. I have know her since we met in 1967 and she has remained a wonderful friend since then. To Mike and family: May God be with you and know how much Billye loved you all.

Billye was a gifted and talented individual and I'm fortunate she was a part of my team at Citizens.  I have this feeling that Billye is up in Heaven helping the angels figure out how to improve their on-boarding process. My condolences to Billye's family during this difficult time. I worked with her at Citizens and was amazed by how she treated everyone with such grace and respect. I will always remember seeing Billye for the first time navigating her way around the building in a wheelchair with a huge caste on her leg. I knew straight away this was one tough lady and latter as I found out, a great workmate. She will be sorely missed by her teammates at Citizens.
