CARTER……..Brian Edgar Carter, Sr., 48, passed away on September 29, 2013. He is survived by his best friend, his wife Nancy. Mr. Carter graduated from Middleburg High School. He loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting and sky diving. Mr. Carter is also survived by his parents, Hugh Carter (Jean) and Dorothy Smith; sons, Brian Carter, Jr. & Brandon Hendricks; daughter, Brittney Hendricks; step-daughter, Renata Hartman; granddaughter, Zoey Carter; brothers, Euel and Paul Tate; and many cousins, uncles, aunts, family and friends. Mr. Carter’s memorial service will be held at 6:30 pm Thursday, October 3rd at Hope Baptist Church, 826 Reynolds Lane, Jacksonville 32254.
