Carol Levy Miller, age 76, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away Sunday, December 18, 2022 after a lengthy illness and was surrounded by love. Proudly born in Brooklyn, NY, she had lived in Jacksonville for 35 years and was previously a member of Congregation Ahavath Chesed. She is pre-deceased by her husband of 35 years Alan, her parents Sam and Evelyn Levy, and brother Ronald (Eileen). Carol is survived by her daughter Sharon Brown (Eric), daughter Michelle Lohmann, son Dean Miller (Elizabeth), brother Marty Levy (Dale-deceased), sister Rose Levy (Marvin), brother David Levy (Michelle), sister-in-law Judy Kline and 4 grandchildren: Lauren, Cameron, Olivia, and Katie.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30A.M. Wednesday, December 21, 2022 in King David Cemetery (Greenlawn Cemetery), 4300 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207, with Rabbi Mark Weider officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carol’s name to the American Cancer Society.
