Carol Ann Sebolt

Carol Ann Sebolt, Hinton, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away peacefully on November 13, 2024 at 11:49pm. Carol was a devoted daughter to the late Chris and Alice Hinton of Chicago, Illinois. A beloved sister to Karen (Daniel) Keane. A loving wife to James Sebolt and a loving mother to Brian (Ashley) Sebolt , Shannon (James) McKinney, and Scott Sebolt. She has 6 grandchildren that she loved Emily, Benjamin, Abby, Ava, Teagan, and Kayde, as well as, 2 great grandchildren Avery and Levi. She was also a wonderful sister-in-law to Nelly (Jimmy) Strickland, Omi (Junior) Sturgill, Bobby (Janice) Seabolt, Johnny Seabolt, and Billy (Janie) Seabolt. She was a proud aunt to her many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Carol Sebolt grew up in Chicago, Illinois and went to school at Luther North. Then she attended Walther Memorial where she obtained her R.N. License. Which she maintained until her final day. Carol Sebolt maintained life-long friendships to many wonderful friends that she enjoyed meeting up for lunch or talking on the phone for hours with!

Carol lived life to the fullest and was always looking for the next adventure. She enjoyed traveling all over the United States as a child and as an adult. She was an avid church member at Grace Lutheran Church. She enjoyed many different activities from sewing, playing Bingo, attending concerts, shopping, craft fairs, and playing beach ball volleyball at the senior citizens center.

Her love for family and friends was unwavering and she will be truly missed with her love, laughter, and generosity. The family will hold a celebration of life at a later date at Grace Lutheran Church.
