Cecil Carroll Sparrow, age 85 passed away at his home on Thursday, December 22, 2022. Cecil is survived by his wife Evelyn, his daughters Lisa Sparrow Fiduk and Beth Ann Mills (Jonathan), and his grandchildren Matthew Edward Fiduk and Abigail Sparrow Mills.
A memorial Service will be held Sunday, January 15th at 2:00pm to honor Cecil's life, followed by a reception, to be held at Hardage-Giddens in Mandarin.
