Noel: Charles Thomas Noel 71, Jacksonville passed away September 6, 2008. The Thomaston, Ga. native was an Automobile Mechanic. Survivors are: a son; Tim Noel (Michele), a sister, Virginia Willis. 3 Grandchildren; Timothy, Jessica, Elizabeth and 5 Great Grandchildren; Elijah, Timothy, Harley, Kairi and Isabella. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, September 15, 2008 at the Chapel of Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 1426 Rowe Ave. The family will receive friends 4 pm to 7 pm Sunday, September 14, 2008 at the residence located at 3711 Trout River Blvd.
