Clark Martin Taylor, Jr. (Martin) passed peacefully on August 25, 2025 at Community Hospice and Palliative Care inpatient unit at Baptist South. Clark was born in Winston Salem, North Carolina on May 23, 1942.
Business Owner, Customs Broker, Freight Forwarder, Entrepreneur, Navy Veteran, are all the titles he held, but the ones that meant the most and which he was most proud, was husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle.
He was predeceased by his father and mother, Clark Martin Taylor and Ruth Clinch Taylor.
He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife of 40 years, Terri Poster-Taylor, his daughter Tiffany (Anthony), his granddaughter, Jade; his sister, Suzanne Roeckelein; niece, Gabrelle Roeckelein; nephew, Ashley Roeckelein; and stepsons, Mark and Rusty Newman.
Funeral services will be held at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218, on Thursday, August 28 at 1:30 pm (please arrive by 1:00pm) with Navy Honor Guard.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his honor to Community Hospice and Palliative Care.
