

Ike 1%er was born on August 20, 1947, in Florence, South Carolina. He proudly served in the US Navy for 8 years as a Hull Technician and certified Boilerman on the USS Laffey and other duty stations. Ike 1%er rose to the rank of Petty Officer Second Class prior to his honorable discharge.
Through his love of motorcycles, Ike 1%er became a highly respected and loved member of the Outlaws MC Jacksonville chapter for 40 years.
Ike 1%er worked in the hospitality industry in many places all over Jacksonville and was well known and loved by all. He was proud of his Native American Heritage and proudly displayed it whenever he could. In addition to his love of motorcycles and the club, Ike 1%er also loved Cowboy Fast Draw Shooting. He was an active competitor beginning in 2000 up until the year of his death who won many titles and set records.
He is preceded in death by his father, Waldo James Kirby; his mother, Margie Beth Kirby; and his brothers Marshall Darnell Kirby and Warren Anderson Kirby
He is survived by his son, Guy A. Kirby (Hot Rod); his daughter Bobbie Jo Kirby; his granddaughters Savannah J. Kirby and Sydney B. Weeks; and his sister Belinda Kirby Helzel.
Visitation for the public will be on Friday, January 16, 2026, from 5-10 PM at 9371 Holland Street, Jacksonville, FL 32211.
Services will be held at the same location on Saturday January 17, 2024, at NOON EST. Immediately following the service, at 1:00 PM EST kickstands will be up to take our brother on his final ride to the crematory.
