WATERS—Donald David Waters, Sr., 75, passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2013. He was native of Wayne County, GA and had retired as a Chief Petty Officer from the US Navy. He was also a member of Gardenview Baptist Church. His surviving family includes: his wife, Helen Waters; his children, Donald D. Waters, Jr., Jeff Waters, Jerry Waters, Carol Crumpton, Michael Ellis, Daniel Waters and Marie Waters; 2 sisters , Ann Tomlinson and Mary Dean; 2 brothers, Jack Waters and Billy Waters; 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Graveside funeral services will be held Friday, August 16, 2013 at 12:00 PM at Homeland City Cemetery located on US Highway 1 on the north side of Folkston, GA with Dr. Rodney Keith officiating.
