BEAZLEY, Mrs. Dorothy Higginbotham Beazley, 87, passed away Saturday, September 1, 2012. Mrs. Beazley, a native of Jacksonville, is survived by her 3 daughters: Ada McDonald, Carol (Frank) Horton and Stella (Tommy) Smith; 7 grandchildren: David & Joe Oliver, Tammy Hicks, Tim Horton, Wendy Swords, Joshua Jones and Samantha Sobalvarro; 16 great grandchildren; and 13 great great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 5, in the chapel of COREY-KERLIN FUNERAL HOME, 1426 Rowe Ave., with Bill Leonard officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday, September 4, at the funeral home.
