

Edward Martin Repper (Eddie) passed away Saturday, November 16th. Eddie is survived by his Wife, Delores Price Repper, Son's Edward (Ned) Repper, Timothy (Tim) Repper, (Suzie), Granchildren, Jenny, Nicholas, Jason, Aaron, Missy, Eddie, Marci, Kelly, Crystal and Kari. Step children include, Deanna Jones, Keith Price (Kim), Denise Cason (Gary) and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Eddie served in the United States Navy during World War ll. He retired as a Police Officer from the Jacksonville Sherriff's Office, working during the years of Consolidation, then drove trucks for Ryder PIE, and was a long time member of the Teamsters Union. After retirement, he started SOS Transportation, serving the Maritime community, working his business with passion until recent months. Pop, as he was known to his family and friends was kind, generous and extremely hard working. Pop always took the long road home and will be sorely missed. Viewing will be at Hardage-Giddens Monday, November, 18, 2013 from six o’clock until eight o’clock in the evening. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at one o’clock in the afternoon at St. Matthew's Church with interment to follow at Oaklawn Cemetry.
