Elizabeth "Betty" Marie Davison

Elizabeth “Betty” Marie (Gall) Davison, 67, passed away on January 13, 2017 in Jacksonville, Florida. Betty was born on December 27, 1949 to the late Wallace Ernest Gall and Irene Mary (Gross) Gall in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Betty was a graduate from Regis High School Class of ’68 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She moved to Jacksonville in 1992 and retired from AT&T. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Betty was devoted to her family and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She especially enjoyed playing games with her grandchildren. Betty is predeceased by her parents and brother, Ronald Gall. Betty is survived by her loving husband, Burdette “Burt” Lee Davison; sons, Shanon Davison, Travis (Nichole) Davison; daughters, Leah Smaby, Jessica Curtis, Amber Mussman, Michelle Highsmith; grandchildren, Brandon Lee Davison, Nicholas Dean Smith, Mariah Lee Davison, Noah Lee Davison, Zachary Joseph Davison, Emma Mae Curtis, Hunter Lee Highsmith, Presley Thomas Mussman, Caleb Arthur Highsmith, Reed Michael Highsmith, Mackenzie Marie Highsmith; brothers, Charles (Julie) Gall, Wallace “Ernie” Gall, Robert (Lynn) Gall; and sisters, Rita (John) Titlow, Janet (Doug) Stepanek. Visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday, January 20, 2017 with Vigil Prayers at 7:00pm in The Marian Center at St Joseph's Catholic Church, 11757 Old St Augustine Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32258. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am on Saturday, January 21, 2017 in St Joseph's Catholic Church, followed by interment in St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery.
