Too short a time in the world. Too short a time to have known you. Too short the conversations we had and too few we had too. 

A chance meeting with Felipe on a patio while I sat and pondered life, drinking a cold beer in the shade in Orange Park led to a fast friendship. Quick witted, deep-minded with an infectious sense of humor, I knew Felipe and I would get along famously. We had conversations on science, religion, politics, philosophy, etc. He was one of a kind and kindred spirit. A bright and fiery soul on an all too often dim and frigid planet; generous to friends and charitable to strangers. 

My condolences to his family and best friends. I only knew him a couple of years and certainly not as well as they. I can only imagine the greater degree of pain and loss you feel. You are not alone in your sorrow and I pray that you are not lost in despair.

I miss you bro. We all do.

It would of been 10 years a couple weeks ago that we became best friends. Felipe was the highlight of the last decade of my life. I'll never meet someone so kind and like minded again, he made me grow into the person I am today and helped me cralw out of my shell. I still find myself picking up the phone trying to him when times are ruff. Losing Felipe has been one of the hardest thing Im ever gonna deal with. Much love to Felipe's amazing family I can't wait till we all see him again.

Little Felipe gave so much to us all. I miss him so much! There is a hole in my soul without him. My whole life has been taken away from me.

Never a day passes that we do not think about your love of life and your altruistic disposition.  Thank you for lighting this world with your smiles and warming all our hearts.  We love you!

It's hard to believe I'm even writing this right now.  This is so hard for me to accept as reality. Not a day goes by that I don't miss you. My heart is broken in a way I never thought would be possible. I'm not quite sure how to deal with this pain or how to face it but I'm doing the best I can with driving on. I'm still here trying to be a good role model for you and hope you're watching from the heavens above. I love you more than I told you so. I hope you know that you are always and forever in my heart.... I am looking forward to seeing you again soon.  Sleep well in heaven bubby. 

It's hard to believe that you have passed on Felipe. You were so young and just getting your life started. I miss you and I think of you regularly. I look at Akyla and I see you in her. She has all your good qualities. I remember what you told me as we were growing up together. I think of you often. I know your in heaven watching over us. I love you forever and a day.

Felipe, the void that you have left in our hearts can never be filled. Although I hadn't been able to see you in many years, I still remember your distinctive laugh and beautiful personality. I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to be there to see you one last time and say goodbye. I may never understand how God chooses when to take us back to him, but I trust that you will now have endless peace. Until we meet again, I love you cousin. Our Beloved  Grandson Felipe left this Earth for Eternity in Heaven .We will always miss him .      He was a very happy , sweet , kind young man .He loved family .We were lucky to spend wonderful Holidays   ,and vacation visits with him . He loved Singing Christmas Carrols with the family & going to Disney.We know hes at peace now and watching over all of us hopeing we all make a happy life for us all till we can be together again.Grandpa & Grandma love you Fel 

 I never saw this coming. Nobody did not even you, you thought you'd be young and live forever. Thanks for always being there for me and being my best friend in this world. Thanks for showing me to live for the moment, while also having goals.  A lot of the reason I'm OK in this world is because of the words you fed me. I love you and I'll never stop. Our sincere thanks to all the many friends of Felipe who attended the Mass for him on Saturday night. Thank you for the love you showed to him and to us.  May your ways in this life be fruitful examples of God's love in all you do.  We wish you the very best.

Felipe and me had battles and we butt heads from time to time but after a while we grew to love and respect each other and he was more than a step son to me.  When he was young it freaked me out how smart he was.  He was beating me at chess when he was 12.  

I'm glad to have all these memories as well as the recent ones and the good times we had in our family on vacations and holidays and the rest of the visits.  We will always remember him and always miss him.  He will never be forgotten.  I look forward to future family get togethers where we can share memories of Felipe everything about him that made us laugh and made us happy.

God blessed my life beyond measure to be your mom. 
You loved Akyla, family, friends, and life. You lived your life fearlessly, abundantly, and lovingly. You were generous and kind and loved those that were cast away by the world.You always seen the good in everyone and every circumstance.
You excelled at everything you did from music, art, skiing, racing, surfing, computer and cooking.
