HUNGERFORD -Floragene “Jean” Hungerford, 86, passed away on Tuesday August, 7, 2018 in Jacksonville. She was born on August 21, 1931 in Miles City, Montana to Eugene D. Blackard and Florence Munson Blackard. Jean was an avid Jacksonville Jaguar fan who also enjoyed cooking, working in her yard and watching her favorite T.V. shows. She had worked up until she took ill in January for over 47 years at Brooks Rehabilitation. Jean was one of Brooks longest employees.
Survivors include her loving children, Donna J. Northcut, Don Hungerford, Debbie Tinc and Terri Hungerford; six grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews and wonderful friends .
Jean’s family will receive friends on Friday evening August 10, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 pm in the Chapel of Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd., Jacksonville, FL. 32211. Funeral service will be 1:00 pm on Saturday August 11th at the funeral home.
