Francisca Victoria Huerta, age 104, passed away on March 11, 2017 at Woodland Grove Health and Rehab in Jacksonville, FL. She was born on December 3, 1912 in Ancash Huari, Peru to Estanislao Heurtas and Aurelia Sifuentes.
Starting at a young age she had a gift of healing people and volunteered as a Midwife in Peru for over 50 years.
She was of the Catholic Faith.
She was predeceased by her husband, Sixto Huerta.
She is survived by two sons, Lorenzo and Manuel Victor Huerta both of Jacksonville, FL; five daughters, Marcy Garay and Ada Huerta of Jacksonville, Pilar Lehmauhler of Bushkill, PA, Berta Huerta of Queens, NY and an adoptive daughter Adela Huerta.
She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great- grandchildren and great-great-great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, March 17, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Hardage-Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home, 4300 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32207.
