Gary Warren Lourcey “POPS” went home to the Lord Saturday February 19, 2011 in Fruit Cove FL. Gary was born September 15, 1946 in Jacksonville FL to Leo and Dorothy Lourcey. He grew up in the Mandarin area and was known to all who was part of the Mandarin family. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Donna. Children, Dee Dee Matthews (Bobby), John Swanson (Terrie), and Rod Lourcey (Mandi). Grandchildren, Ashley, Alison, Audrey, Lauren and Lucas who all missed him dearly. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 23rd in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin with Rev. Ricky Powell as Officiant. This Celebration of Gary's Life will be continue immediately following the chapel ceremony at the Mandarin Community Center located at 12447 Mandarin Road, Jacksonville 32223
