Grady was born to Scott Earl and Vica Leota Phillips on November 17, 1940 in Lake Worth , FL. The eldest of four children, Grady, better known as Earl (“if you want to be my friend you will call me Earl”) grew up in South Florida. Earl was honorably discharged from the United States Airforce, Airman 3rd class, on December 30 1960. Following his military service, Earl worked as an underground utilities foreman throughout the state of Florida. Married to Sharon Heulitt on May 16th 1970 they went on to have two children, Kelly and Kevin. Earl passed away on August 19, 2017 at Memorial hospital Jacksonville. Loyal Husband, loving father, fierce patriot, wise mentor, skilled carpenter Earl is survived by Wife Sharon, daughter Kelly, sons Kevin, Scott and Larry, sister Janice Snow, brother Larry and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
