Helen Faye Yarbrough, affectionately known to all as Mommy Faye was called to Heaven on June 12, 2024. Born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, on October 6, 1938 she moved to Jacksonville in 1980 where she resided until her death. She and her late husband owned Yarbrough Security Corporation for over 45 years.
Mommy Faye was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Yarbrough; her parents, Lawrence Samuel and Kitty Mae Minnis; sisters, Willie Mae Barnette and Bertha Shoemaker and great-grandson Calen Lauren White. She is survived by her daughter, Connie Burris; Sisters, Bonnie Loraine Bain, and Alicia Gayle Dickerson; granddaughter, Misty Dent (Perry) ; grandchildren Michelle White and Kevin Steele; great-grandchildren Mariah and Maximus White and Catalina Steele.
