James W. Hess, 83, passed away on September 19, 2010. James was born on February 18, 1927 in Decatur, Illinois to the late Clyde Harrison Hess and Lillian Thorton Hess. James proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII and the Korean Conflict.
