
James Paul Pando, 64, passed away peacefully at home on November 9, 2021. He was a loving father, brother, uncle, father-in-law and friend to many. He had an infectious personality, a big smile and a hearty laugh. He never met a stranger. He is survived by his two children: Tristian Pando and Shelby (Kyle) Goodman. He leaves two sisters and a brother: Janet (Manny) Victoria of Atlanta, Nancy (David) Keck of Melbourne, Fred (Karen) Pando of Altoona and also his former wife, Tracy Pando. He is predeceased by his parents: Fred James Pando in 2014 and Maria Nancy Pando in 2020. Jim was born in Warwick, Rhode Island on September 19, 1957 to a Navy family that moved to Florida shortly after his birth. He loved living in Florida especially the Jacksonville area. In 1986, he earned a BS in Political Science from UCF. Jim owned a successful restaurant, TJ’s, in Julington Creek for 10 years and most recently was employed by Publix. Jim loved playing golf, hunting and fishing but most of all he loved family time.
