Dear Virginia and family,
I just leaned of Jim's death and I am so
sorry. He was a wonderful Husband and Father and I know he will be missed. I 
have such great memories of my cousins
in Jacksonville and all your family. Oh,
how I wish I could see all of you and be
with you during this time of sorrow.  You
are all in my thoughts and prayers.  May

Condolences to the Taylor family and especially Gin. Jim and Charlie Payne were devoted friends after their time together on the USS Columbia and Jim was injured in a kamikazee attack. Dad always held Jim in high regard...I bet they are in heaven together sharing a laugh right now.

Ethel and I are heartbroken at your loss of a great family man. We rejoice he now rests in the arms of his Savior.

We were so blessed to know Jim over the last 18 years of studying the Word in Bible Study Fellowship.  Jim's perfect attendance since the study's inception was testimony to his godly life and integrity.  Jim was a giver in the highest order.  His life impacted a great multitude and we are all better for that.  Our condolences go out to his wonderful wife and family, and prayers for their comfort and peace in this time of his home-going.
