John David Whigham, 62 of Jacksonville, FL passed away on 5/5/22

Dave or David, as he was known to friends and family, Dad to his sons and Daddy to his daughter, Papa to his grandchildren and Davey to his wife.

David is survived by his loving wife Nancy, and David's three children: Kimberly Morrison and her husband Stephen of Fleetwood, PA; JD Whigham and his wife Lana of Chicago, IL; Andrew Whigham and his fiance Shelby Smith, of Redmond Washington; His sister Elizabeth Fletcher and her husband Bruce, Richmond, VA; his brother Edward L. Whigham, Jr, Richmond, VA; and two grandchildren Olivia Morrison and Jack Morrison; his step-daughter Alix Klein of St. Petersburg, Florida.

David was born in Wilmington, DE and grew up in Coral Gables, FL

David was a graduate of the University of Alabama in Birmingham

David's upward professional mobility had him living in several cities during his successful career.

David's warm and engaging personality and heartwarming smile drew the affection and admiration of all he met and knew. But, above all David had an INCREDIBLE sense of humor.

David will be cremated.

There will be a Celebration of Life to be held for family, friends and former colleagues @ 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 18th, David's 63rd Birthday

at Hardage - Giddens Funeral Home, 11801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL
