Joyce Palmer Campbell died Wednesday September 18th at her home in Jacksonville Beach. She was born in Lafayette, Indiana and was married to Chuck Campbell. She is survived by her sister Victoria Palmer of San Mateo California, her three children C.R. Campbell of Tampa Florida, Carla Turner (Worth) of St. Augustine Florida and Philip Campbell of Healdsburg California; three grandchildren Ashley Selph, Worth Turner Jr. and Kendal Turner; two great-grandchildren Marley and Clara, and her niece Debbie Collyar.
Memorial services will be held at Palms Presbyterian Church in Jacksonville Beach on Tuesday, September 24th at 2:00 pm with Pastor Carol Di Giusto officiating.
