Judith was preceded in death by her father, Nathan Azbill, mother, Evelyn Azbill, brother, Robert Azbill, sister-in-law, Rosemary D’Agostino and beloved husband, Thomas Gall.
She is survived by sisters-in-law, Lois Azbill and Patricia Gall Roether (George), brother-in-law, Michael Edward Gall (Ginny), children Stephanie Elaine Gall Mann (Tracy) and Erin Elizabeth Gall Atkins (Thomas), son, Mark Thomas Gall, grandchildren Sean Thomas Atkins, Brandon Michael Atkins and Evelyn Elizabeth Mann, niece Marci Azbill Hicks (James), nephew Robert David Azbill (Suzanne), nieces Julia Roether (Tom), Teresa Roether (Peter), several great nieces and nephews and a host of cousins and long-time friends.
Judith was born on September 29, 1942 in Richmond, Kentucky the second child of Evelyn and Nathan Azbill. She attended local schools and Madison Central High School before entering Eastern Kentucky University where she studied business education and participated in several activities including being a yearbook editor.
Proud to follow in their footsteps, Judith entered the education field with her mother and brother. She taught kindergarten but excelled at teaching business courses in the high school grades.
Judith met the love of her life in Lawrenceburg, Indiana in 1966 on a blind date to a square dance where Thomas danced her off her feet. They were married on August 26, 1967 in her hometown of Richmond, Kentucky.
Judith was the proud mother of three children, Stephanie, Erin, and Mark Gall. She dedicated her post-professional life to raising her family fulltime. She was a soccer mom, a baseball mom, a marching band mom, a counsellor, a chef, transportation and the Chief Executive Officer in our home.
She enjoyed listening to gospel music, participating in family dinners, watching Perry Mason reruns, keeping track of friends and family on Facebook, and reading mystery novels and her Bible. She also enjoyed watching her grandchildren dance, play sports, dress up for Halloween, celebrate birthdays and cuddling them.
