Our beloved baby girl, Kessa Kay-Lee Marie Phipps was called home, unexpectedly, to become our Angel on May 28, 2015. She blessed our lives on November 8, 2014. Kessa was a gift in our family's daily life for only a short six months, but will forever be a gift in our hearts. Kessa leaves to cherish her memory, her father and mother, Christopher and Marquessa; brother, Marcis and three sisters, Nevaeh, Azanah and Emma, all of Jacksonville, FL. Kessa was loved by many grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins.
