Linda C. Amos, 67, passed away December 17, 2013. A native of Jacksonville, Linda made a career in the insurance industry. She was an active member and past President of the Insurance Women of Jacksonville. She was also an avid Georgia Football fan. She will be remembered as a proud mother and grandmother. Linda is survived by son, Lee (Elizabeth); sister, Shirley Peeples (Jack); grandchildren, Alexander and Eva Amos; niece, Tracey Sweat, and several other nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Linda’s Life will be held Saturday, December 21, at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin at 10:00am. Memorial Contributions may be made in Linda’s name to River Garden.
