Lois Catherine Bishop, 89, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2013. She was born in Waycross, GA, but lived in Jacksonville nearly all her life. She loved music, and played banjo in a band with her family. Lois was an avid doll collector, and she enjoyed yard work and yard sales.
She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Bishop and son Arthur Lee Hagan.
Survivors include son Glen Hagan (Nody); daughter Lynda Hagan (Ken Dietrich); daughter-in-law Missy Hagan; sister Lucille Carter; 8 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home 729 S. Edgewood Ave, Jacksonville is entrusted with arrangements. Funeral services will be at the funeral home on Saturday, Sept14 at 11 AM with visitation from 10 am until service time.
