Marguerite F. Boal

Marguerite F. Boal, 95, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2013. Marguerite was born February 3, 1918 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Marguerite was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Thomas Boal, Sr. Marguerite is survived by her son Thomas H. Boal, Jr. and his wife, Ginger; her daughter Carol Lindsey and her husband, Dean; her daughter Debbie Moore and her husband, Mike; eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Marguerite was a long-time member of Elizabeth Swaim Memorial United Methodist Church where she sang in the choir for many years. She was a member of the Southside Women’s Club, and an accomplished painter. She was an avid golfer and held memberships over the years in the Ponte Vedra Club, the University Country Club and San Jose Country Club. A graveside service will be held at Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Boulevard on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 2 p.m. Rev. Dr. Bruce Jones will officiate Memorial Contributions in Marguerite’s name may be made to Elizabeth Swaim Memorial united Methodist Church, 1620 Naldo Ave., Jacksonville FL. 32207
