CARTER - Marie “Blue Eyes” Yvonne Carter, 2 months, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2019 in Jacksonville, Florida. Blue Eyes was born on July 31, 2019 to Luis A. Ventura III and Marcella A. Lowrie. She was too good for this world. She was adored and will be missed. She takes with her the hearts of those who knew her.
Blue Eyes is survived by her mother, Marcella A. Lowrie and father, Luis A. Ventura III. Her grandparents, Ruben and Alysia Carter and Luis and Eyvonne Ventura. She has three sisters; Milan, Monroe and Natalya Carter. Her brother is Kingston Carter.
Services are scheduled for Friday, October 11, 2019 at 12 noon in the chapel of Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home with Pastor Mack Greene presiding. Interment will follow at 2PM in Evergreen Cemetery.
