She joined her husband in heaven after 71 years of marriage on January 20, 2025.
She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother who was always there when we needed her the most offering support, traditions, wisdom and love in abundance. She loved having the family together for Sunday dinner. She loved knitting, crocheting and sewing. Holidays were always her favorite time of year. She also liked to watch the Yankees and the Jaguars.
She was survived by her daughter, JoAnn; her sons, Anthony, and Nicholas and his wife, Janet; her grandchildren, John and Danielle.
Family request all flowers to be delivered to Hardage-Giddens Mandarin Chapel, 11801 San Jose Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32223.
A visitation for Marie will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 from 10AM to 11AM at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin, 11801 San Jose Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida 32223, followed by a funeral service from 11AM. Entombment will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery
