

OTT - Mrs. Marilyn Albrecht Ott, age 85, died peacefully on March 4, 2016 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born April 12, 1930 in Brooklyn, New York. She graduated from Grover Cleveland High School in Queens, New York. She married her high school sweetheart, William (Bill) Ott, on October 14, 1950. In 1960, they moved to Jacksonville, FL where she was actively involved with the Arlington Garden Club and later became the President. She was also an active member of the Eastern Star and several bridge clubs in the Arlington area. Marilyn was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and recent great grandmother who cherished her time with her family and many friends. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, William Charles; son, Thomas Robert Ott (Denise) of Jacksonville, FL and daughter, Judith Lynn Dioquino (Timothy) of Fairfax, VA; grandson, Kristopher Ott (Maile) of Jacksonville, FL, granddaughter, Elizabeth Anne Dioquino of Arlington, VA and grandson, Michael Phillip Dioquino of Fairfax, VA; and great granddaughter, Savannah Paige Baker of Fairfax, VA. She will be dearly missed and her love will always be in everyone’s hearts! A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 9 at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd., Jacksonville.
