Mark worked for 28 years at Vistakon, serving most recently as a production supervisor. He brought sunshine into everyone's life with his good nature, his can-do personality, a broad smile, and a great sense of humor
. He ran daily, and annually ran the River Run. Mark was a great father to his surviving children Stephanie Combs (Caleb) of Cypress, Texas and Brandon Sanderson, who will miss him greatly. He is also survived by his father and mother, John and Jean Sanderson, and his sisters, Brenda Edwards (Roger) and Kelly McBerry (Alan). He will be warmly remembered by his Westside Baptist Church family as well as his gym and running friends.
A gathering of friends and relatives will be held on Monday October 6, 2014 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and a celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday October 7, 2014, at 11 AM, all at Westside Baptist Church, 7775 Herlong Rd. Jacksonville, FL 32210.
