Mary A. Duffy, 59, of Jacksonville, passed away on March 28, 2011 at the Earl B. Hadlow Center for Caring. She was born on September 20, 1951 in Elizabeth, NJ to the late Thomas and Mary (Garcia) Alonso. Mary was an avid reader, and she worked at Sea Land for 24 years, and worked the last 10 years as the Assistant Store Manager at Barnes & Noble. Mary is survived by her loving husband, Kevin Duffy of Jacksonville, and her son, Sean Duffy of Middleburg. Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, March 31 in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, April 1, in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home.
