Mr. Schneeberger was born in Baltimore, Md., attended Catholic schools in Baltimore and graduated from Archbishop Curley High School in Baltimore. After graduation he joined the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad as a railway clerk. Following the B&O Railroad change to CSX System, Mr. Schneeberger was requested by his employer to relocate to Jacksonville to join the CSX staff there as a Customer Service Adviser. Mr. Schneeberger accepted the position and moved with his parents to the Mandarin area of Jacksonville in 1986. In his new position Mr. Schneeberger assisted shippers with locating and expediting their freight shipments. He took early retirement from CSX during the 1990's.
Mr. Schneeberger loved cars and cats. He had both "inside" cats and "outside" cats whom he took tender care of. He loved dining out in Jacksonville which he did on a regular basis. He spoke regularly on the phone with his his sister and extended family as far away as California.
Mr. Schneeberger is predeceased by his parents, Milton Michael Schneeberger Sr.. and Elizabeth M. Schneeberger. He leaves behind his sister, Patricia E (Robert) Shanklin of Fulton, Md., two nieces, Kathleen Bellis of Fairfax, Va. and Leslie Shanklln of Arlington, Va. grandnieces Isabel Spitalney and Kara Bellis, grandnephews Ethan Spitalney and Jordan Bellis, cousins Joan Bourne of Pennsylvania and Michael Christian of Los Angeles, California.
The family wishes to give warm thanks to his many neighbors and friends in the Coventry subdivision in Mandarin who watched over and cared for him during his senior years. They treated him as family and helped him whenever medical emergencies arose including the final one.
