Miriam G. Thomas, a loving wife, mother, grandmother “nanny” and great-grandmother passed away on February 6, 2023. Born June 9, 1938 in Nashville, Georgia. She is predeceased by her beloved husband, William Taft “Toby” Thomas, Jr., whom she married on July 14, 1957. They spent their lives together with unconditional love for each other.
She is followed in life by two children, William Michael Thomas and Deborah Lee Lynn (Greg); four grandchildren, Lindsay Lynn, Brooke (Lynn) Foster (Cameron), Ryan Thomas (April) and Gavin Thomas (Brittany); and four great-grandchildren, Sadie Thomas, Brystal Thomas, Knox Foster, and Essie Foster.
She has gone to a better life in Heaven and will be truly missed by all who love her.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, February 11, 2023 in Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32207, with Pastor Keith Foskey officiating.
