Nuha Issa El-Hasan

In Taybeh, Nuha was a school teacher for children. She then married her husband of 19 years, Hanna Sabri El-Hasan and moved to the United States. Nuha was a homemaker and loving motherly figure. Nuha was a remarkable cook and enjoyed preparing meals for family and friends, especially over holidays. Besides making lovely meals, Nuha enjoyed spending time with the company of family and friends as well as gardening and journaling.

Nuha was survived by her loving husband, Hanna Sabri El-Hasan. She also had 3 sisters, Muha, Buha and Zuha and her brother Issa. She also had 2 step children Michael and Joseph El-Hasan. Nuha leaves behind many more family and friends that will greatly miss her

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm on Monday June 24th, 2019 with the Trisagion service at 7:00 pm at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, 6300 Bowden Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32216. The Funeral service will be on Tuesday, June 25th at 10:00 am at the church. The Very Reverend Archpriest Kamal Al-Rahil will be the Celebrant for both services. Interment will follow the service on Tuesday at Riverside Memorial Park.
